LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY:
Seller warrants the ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER any part is sells to be free from defects for a period of 30 days after date of purchase. If part fails in the normal use or service, Seller will furnish a replacement part. If a replacement part cannot be furnished, Seller will provide a refund.

THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
-Unless otherwise noted on invoice, warranty expires 30 days after date of purchase. Claims made after this period of time will not be covered under warranty.
-Invoice must accompany all claims under warranty.
-Merchandise must be returned to Seller.
-New fluids, filters, seals and gaskets must be used in installation of part. Engine oil must be of the proper viscosity for the season of the year and transmission fluid must be the type recommended by manufacturer of the vehicle. All fluids must conform to manufacturer specifications for the vehicle. Mitsubishi engines must have new timing belt tensioners installed or warranty is void.
-Engine assemblies are understood to consist of a short block assembly and cylinder head(s). Any other parts left on the engine assembly are to be used at the purchaser's option only. These parts are not covered under the warranty.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
-No refunds on ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS OR SHIPPING.
-Labor
-The purchaser's loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, or consequential damages.
-Fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, or other materials or parts used in the installation of the purchaser's part.
-Claims that result from overheating, accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance or improper installation.
-Broken teeth on standard transmission gears and axle ring and pinion gears.
-Parts installed in vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes or any part used under conditions that would cause greater than normal wear.
-Parts used for other than original application.

DEPOSITS:
Deposits are required for ANY part that needs to be removed from vehicle. Deposits are good for only 14 days. After 14 days deposit becomes non-refundable. All deposits will be applied toward purchase price. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, DOLLAR AMOUNT WILL BE USED FOR STORE CREDIT.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special orders must be paid in full at time of order. Stores that parts are ordered from may have different warranty policies.

RETURN POLICY:
-Invoice must accompany all returns
-20% restocking fee on all returned parts
-Parts must be returned in the same condition as when purchased.
-No returns after 30 days from date of purchase.
-No returns on electrical parts.

TERMS:
-For customers with an account, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. 1% monthly finance charge will be applied to past due accounts. Accounts 90 day s past due will be turned over to collections.

AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR: MECHANICAL & COLLISION
-DEPOSITS REQUIRED TO BEGIN WORK ON ALL REPAIR ORDERS OVER $500.

-DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, DOLLAR AMOUNT WILL BE USED AS STORE CREDIT.
-REPAIR ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE VEHICLE IS RELEASED.
-STORAGE FEE OF $7.00 PER DAY WILL BE CHARGED FOR VEHICLES LEFT 3 DAYS AFTER REPAIR HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
-MOST NEW PARTS HAVE A WARRANTY OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM INSTALL DATE. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR TO INSTALL DEFECTIVE PART(S).
-USED PARTS HAVE A WARRANTY OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM INSTALL DATE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
-NO WARRANTY ON USED ELECTRICAL PARTS.

SALVAGE VEHICLE SALES
-ALL SALES OF VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY.
-DENEMAN'S AUTOMOTIVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRS.
-BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK UP VEHICLE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE.
-DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD VEHICLE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. BALANCE IS DUE UPON PICK UP.
-BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL TAX AND TITLE FEES.
-DEPOSITS MADE ARE NON REFUNDABLE. DOLLAR AMOUNT WILL BE USED AS STORE CREDIT.
